In the Pátio da Avó Faustina you can find 6 non-smoking houses. All the houses come with a mezzanine double room, a living room, a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and glass-ceramic cooktop, air conditioning, LCD TV, CD and DVD player available (on request), Wireless Internet, telephone and hairdryer. One of the houses is also prepared to receive people with disabilities.
Also note the following services by appointment: lunches and dinners, meeting room, kennel in attached facilities (free of charge) or canine hotel with food, picnic basket, babysitting, as well as boxes rental.

Todas las casas cuentan con habitación doble mezzanine, una sala de estar, cocina americana con microondas, nevera y cocina vitrocerámica, aire acondicionado, TV LCD, reproductor de CD y DVD disponible (bajo petición), Internet Wireless, teléfono y secador de pelo. Una de las casas está preparada para recibir personas con discapacidad.
