This hotel is a traditional Cycladic mansion of the mid 1900's, completely renovated and converted into modern luxurious suites, superior rooms and traditional cave houses. The 1st part of hotel's name, unites the building's design and decoration with the owner's first successful endeavour in Santorini. The 2nd part of its name, which in Ancient Greek means simplicity, advocates the simple but aristocratic design and decoration prevailing throughout the establishment. Having a history of hosting distinguished guests, the mansion is stately in its architectural grandeur.
